Welcome to Ultimate Drive IQ (“the game”, “we”, “us”). By playing the game or creating an account, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the game.

The game

Ultimate Drive IQ is a free daily trivia game: one drive a day, four downs, the same questions for everyone. The game is for fun and entertainment.

Ultimate Drive IQ is an independent game. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NFL or any team, league or player. Football terms are used only to describe how the game plays. Other names and trademarks belong to their owners.

Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the game or create an account. By ticking the box to create an account, you confirm you are 13 or older and agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
• Accounts use Google sign-in. You’re responsible for keeping your Google account secure.
• Please create one account per person.
• Your username can be seen in the game. Choose something friendly: no hateful, offensive or sexual names, and no pretending to be someone else. We may change a username that breaks these rules.
• You can delete your account at any time from Menu → Delete account.

Playing fair

Please keep the game fun for everyone. Don’t:

• use bots, scripts or other tools to play, to collect answers, or to send results the game didn’t record;
• try to get around the one-drive-a-day limit, or alter or fake your results or stats;
• look for or share the answers to a drive before its day by getting into parts of the game you aren’t meant to use;
• overload, attack, scrape or interfere with the game or its services;
• use the game for anything unlawful.

We may remove results, or suspend or close accounts, that break these rules.

Our content

The game’s questions, answer lists, design, code and artwork belong to us or our licensors. You’re welcome to play and to share your results (the share button is made for this). Please don’t copy, republish or sell the questions or the game in bulk without our permission. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them to improve the game without owing you anything.

Questions and answers

We take care to make the questions and answers accurate, but we can’t promise that every one is correct or complete. Rarity levels are our own estimates of how common an answer is. They are not official statistics or survey results. Scores and yards are for fun only.

Changes and availability

The game is free and provided as it comes. We may add, change, pause or end features, daily drives or the whole game, and we don’t promise it will always be available or error-free.

No warranties

To the fullest extent the law allows, the game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

Limit on our responsibility

To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren’t responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any damage to data, arising from your use of the game. Because the game is free, our total responsibility for any claim relating to it is limited to the extent the law permits. Nothing in these terms limits anything that can’t legally be limited.

Ending your use

You can stop playing at any time and delete your account. We may suspend or close access for anyone who breaks these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We’ll change the date at the top of this page, and if the change is significant we’ll let players know in the game. Playing after a change means you accept the updated terms.
